Exactly what we expected from the description and pictures. Mini grocery downstairs had a good selection and was reasonable. We recomend eating in the restaurant downstairs. Chocolate Bar is nice too. Great views from the rooftop pool and lounge areas. Nice workout room. Security for the building was very good. Westlands is a great place to stay in Nairobi with good options for shopping and restaurants. Merilon was responsive and Marcie quickly resolved a few issues we encountered.
